Methodology
Its mandatory to attend live practical training & practice classes with our experienced & highly qualified senior teachers. Both Offline & Online classes are available. Daily 2-3 hours required for practical training and on every Sunday special session of 5 - 6 hours. Total about 40 sessions, each 2 hours & about 4 - 8 special sessions on sunday.
There are two mode of theory classes. First during the practical training our teachers will teach related theory of all topics. Secondly, Dr. Satya's recorded videos will be provided for comprehensive & detailed training. You will watch these videos at home & make notes. If you are unable to understand anything you can take help from our expert team.
Last one month is dedicated for Internship & self-study. It included Live classes for 3 hours for 10 days, Dr. Satya's Holistic Life Program for 10 days d, Daily 2 hours.
Time to time volunteer activities will be provided to imbibe the yogic learnings.
After completion of all classes, practical, theory, internship, volunteer activities, project report exams will be conducted having theory subjective papers, objective papers, practical demonstration, viva, communication skills, personality, attendance, etc.

Yoga Retreat
